Great location and friendly staff, but check-in took longer than expected.

Loved the spacious suite

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast was a delightful spread, with fresh options for everyone. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for a quick workout. I loved the luxurious feel of my room, which was just as beautiful as in the photos. I'd definitely return for another visit!

The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide selection, and the staff was generally helpful and welcoming. However, the room had some outdated features, and there were persistent plumbing issues. Overall, it was a lovely experience, albeit with a few drawbacks to consider.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its outstanding service, 24-hour reception, and relaxing outdoor swimming pool. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly assisted me with a late departure. Highly recommend!

The swimming pool and Koi Garden provided a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation, while the breakfast selection, featuring a wide variety of options, was a highlight, complemented by attentive service from the staff. However, there were concerns regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, and some areas around the hotel felt overlooked. Additionally, the noise from nearby highways was disruptive during the stay.

The elegant Thai-inspired decor and spacious common areas made my stay delightful. I also appreciated how accessible everything was, allowing me to move comfortably without any issues, enhancing my overall experience.

we had a fantastic experience at dusit thani! the room was spacious and well-kept. The location was perfect, just opposite of sm makati and super close to glorietta and greenbelt. the breakfast spread was great, but the real star was the massage at the award-winning devarana spa!

The location was my favorite part, so easy to access malls and restaurants! However, the noise from the adjoining rooms was really disruptive. 😩 Overall, kind staff but could improve in sound insulation.

Multiple issues plagued my stay. the amenities in the Club Premier Room felt below par, including outdated towels and a lack of comfortable seating. The air-conditioning unit was bothersome and loud, and I found unclean windows that detracted from the overall experience. Breakfast at The Pantry could use improvement, falling short of expectations for a five-star establishment. The New Year’s Eve party in the lobby was a saving grace, providing a livelier atmosphere, but the $25,000 price tag felt excessive for what was included.

Amazing views and comfy beds!

Had an awesome view from our room during the New Year’s fireworks! The bed was massive, felt like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were super friendly and helped me with a fast track at check-in when I had my kids with me. Only downside was the long wait at check-in, but they made up for it. Breakfast buffet was delicious too!
